Hello there to all the familiar people and new friends. I am glad to have another place to meet up and converse with like-minded people. Feel free to add me as a friend if you think we have things in common, but do not add me if you are just looking to increase your friends number, I will likely refuse you.

I enjoy reading, especially anything to do with psychology or science. So little time, so many books and articles.
One of my favorite ways to relax is to have a glass of Carmenere and watch an independent flick. I also enjoy getting together to party with the few close friends I have. ("Party" has a different meaning in midlife than it does when you're in your twenties, ha hah hah. Like, I no longer need to puke or pass out to feel I had a good time.)

Of course sex and BDSM are still high on my list of "things I still like to participate in". Yes, even middle aged women enjoy many a night of reckless sex, especially if there is Domination, bondage, and/or flogging involved. ;)

Very eclectic, from NIN to Vivaldi. Ever hear of "Butt Boy" ? Great scene music.
If you want to torture me just force me to listen to Country and
Western or Rap music. (Well, ok, some Rap is alright, but it depends........)

Since I got rid of my TV about six years ago, movies have taken its place. I subscribe to Netflix so I watch about 6 movies or series or documentaries a week now. Some of the HBO or Showtime series are pretty good. Californication, Nip n Tuck, Criminal Minds....to name a few I enjoy. There were a few obscure ones that I enjoyed.....such as "Huff" and "In Treament" because of the subject matter, but they didn't last long, unfortunately.
Movies......if it's done well, I'll watch it. I'm not that picky about genre, but it has to be written and produced well.
Documentaries.....can't get enough, if they are factual and done with an open mind.....difficult to find these days. I really hate obvious bias.

Books, well, of course anything by Anton LaVey and other CoS members. Also Ayn Rand. I also enjoyed Robert Wrights' books such as "Nonzero" and "The Moral Animal" because I am very interested in evolutionary Psychology and Game Theory as it relates to psychology.
I enjoy reading anything to do with medicine and science. And an atheist social club I frequent just finished doing "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins, who is also a favorite author of mine.
