When I try to download the .PDF application file from the CoS website, Acrobat Reader freezes up after sending an error message that says "There was an error processing a page. Invalid function resource." Then the window freezes, I've tried 3 or 4 different times now. Could someone provide me with a .txt version of this file or help me trouble shoot? It would be greatly appreciated...
