I kept getting this page while trying to browse the forums earlier - I have no idea what this means. Do I need do do something with my browser, or is this some sort of weird glitch that means nothing?

This is a server-side problem, nothing to do with your browser. It looks to me like heavy traffic and the database server didn't allow any new connects, but the script carried on trying to do stuff with the database. "A weird glitch"

I've gotten that once.
I thought that I just had too many pages open at once...
