This sounds like a goofy idea to me, either a way to get government funding for a "study" on the subject, or somebody's hairbrained scheme to make money on a new zoological park. It would have to be approached with caution if it was workable. You would have to ensure that the various species were balanced out with predator to prey, etc., then you would have to ensure an adequate amount of foraging area. One good drought and you could have some real trouble, and a bunch of predators roaming like the bears are now, looking for prey. Like lions, for one example. And they wouldn't, I am afraid, differentiate between Christians and Satanists.
