Ok, I realise that this issue was brought about by my own
hand but I am wondering if it is a bug.

What happened?

- After finishing a post, I pushed the submit button. I got a
message saying that I needed to fill in all the fields or that
some necessary fields were missing. The message said to
hit the back button.

- I hit the back button on my browser but the content of my
post was gone. If it was just a quick bon mot I wouldn't take
time to mention this.

The thing that caused the error in the first place was a blank
subject line-- I deleted it to change it but went right for the
post before I lost my train of thought.

Browser: IE 6.0.26
OS: Windows XP Professional; Version 2002
Time of problem: August 24 @ 0:02 PDT

- Thanks for reading.

Unfortunately, that's happened to me a couple times.
What I do now, if I make a long post, is to highlight/select the text and right-click to copy it just after it's written. This way, if it disappears I still have a copy of it that I can paste in.

What Enchantress suggested I strongly agree with. I had random occurences like this with IE so copying the post before sending it quickly became a habit. I have yet to have this happen with Firefox... yet.

This isn't a bug with LttD, this can happen with any site if you use "back". I suggest either copying the post or writing it on a word program then copying it to LttD if it is an exceptionally long post that you'd have a real headache if it vanished.
