It is shipped via airmail so about a week and a half to two weeks.

One more question. Is it normal for the order to be still in my shopping cart? Also, it appears in my order history, with a P to one side which indicates it has been processed.

It shouldn't be in your shopping cart ... you can just clear that ... and the processed part just means I have received it ... I will actually process it shortly.
