Something I am not very clear on is detail as per the statement made by the CoS regarding machines designed to be submissive or dominant. Would these machines be developed to the point of being able to think for themselves? And if so, what logical rationalization could exist for the enslavement of a sentient lifeform (a submissive sentient machine).
