As a painter, I have a couple of upcoming local shows. Must one be a member of the CoS in order to announce such an event in your Shows and Events section?

That failing, might permission be granted to post something in the Arts and Artists section?

Understanding that he is a very busy man, I originally attempted to contact Magister Ventrue via PM. After some days I posted my question here.
