Magister, do you have any preliminary information about sizes that will be offered and demensions? I was thinking of ordering one for myself and one for my girlfriend, but she has rather small hands. Thanks!

HS!

Handcrafted from a God indeed.

Any update?

I look forward to having one of these. I realise You've been a little busy lately (no rest for the wicked).

Incidentally, I especially love the trapezoidal oroborus.

Splendid. I will check back often as it would be a shame to miss out on this superb, trapezoidal oroborus.

This looks excellent Magister Lang! I hope to be wearing one in the near future. I intend on buying one as soon as I notice it's available.

Greetings,

It's an honor to be on the Church of Satan boards and I would like to say that Robert A. Lang has some great sculptures and jewelry. I ordered the last Vlad Tepes Statue and I still take great care of it and thank you Mr. Lang for your business!!!

The Wolfshook ring is now available on CoS Emporium.
HS!

Further....

I'd like to let you know the process as to how each ring is made. This is not a fast process and the rings are not mass produced therefore you will need to be patient while waiting for your order. Know now that your ring will be completely unique. Here is a brief description of the process as written by Magistra DeMagis.
HS!

How each ring is made:

Each ring is formed using the artistic lost wax method.

Lost wax method or casting is an ancient process dating back thousands of years to ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. It is still the best method for capturing exquisite detail in metal objects, which could not otherwise be produced given the complexity of their design. This process allows anything modeled in wax to be recreated fully and faithfully into various metals.

A wax original model is created of the sculpture. Care must be taken to capture the smallest of detail; all details and features the artist desires in the finished piece must appear in the wax model. The wax model is then encased in liquid rubber which, once set, is carefully cut away to provide a “negative.” Molten wax is injected into this cavity, which is allowed to cool. It is next removed from the rubber mold in the form of the original. After careful inspection, the new wax model is covered with plaster of Paris and fired. The heat melts the wax, which trickles out through a tiny opening and is thus “lost.” All that remains in the plaster is a perfect hollow in which every surface detail of the wax model is captured. Molten high quality silver is then poured into the plaster mold. Once the silver has sufficiently cooled, the plaster mold is broken apart, revealing your beautifully detailed Wolfhook ring. The ring is then cleaned and checked to ensure that every detail of the original has been faithfully reproduced in silver. A blackening agent is applied and the ring is polished to the desired effect. Next, jeweler’s enamel is baked on for a finish that will never wear away and nicely frames the rune. Finally, the piece is hand polished and numbered.

This process is lovingly time consuming, but worth the wait. Please expect 8-10 weeks delivery, although we will make every effort to shorten this wait time, as we understand your excitement and anticipation.

Diana DeMagis
