It appears you can order a copy through feralhouse.com. Look under the "occult" section. That was where I purchased my copy some years back.

Here in Germany, if you order something, the firm sends you the product, with an invoice, and you've got 14 days to pay for the product.
And it works.
Good old German tradition! :-)

This person's objective is here is to waste everyone's time.
And you are wasting yours by replying to him.
He is an idiot.
And no one runs the "account" policy he is referring to for retail purchases. The only time goods are supplied on account is for B2B (business to business) transactions.
In future I would advise that no one wastes any more time with this fool. He is a complete and utter retard.
