How did you all learn to decipher which names were to be pronounced. I understand that it's your own ritual but could you please clarify the impotance of these names that are used. Which ones are used for particular rites?

Such things are much more enjoyable and educational if you do the research yourself. You'll also find out more than most would be able to tell you. Besides, I wouldn't want to deprive you of the pleasure of study.
