I like pretty things.

And I don't see why headless dollies shouldn't be pretty.

The Headless Historicals are VERY pretty -- their gowns are lovely, their makeup is perfect, and their hair is carefully arranged.

So what if the heads aren't in their usual place?

My particular dolly is Marie Marguerite d'Abray, Madame de Brinvilliers, and she was a bit of a mixologist herself. Unfortunately for her guests, it was always Last Call...

Those are wonderful! I love the Mary, Queen of Scot's one, she's just precious.

Oh, lovely! I do hope there will be an Isadora Duncan sometime so I can snap her up!

I'm not much of a doll collector myself, but I must say these are some very nice dolls. I like the ones you posted from your collection as well, almost a morbid 'Precious Moments' theme. Very nice. HS!

Now that is something truly wonderful Magistra Nadramia.

The pictures capture the 'presence' of the dolls, which is surely greater than that of their in-tact counterparts. The attention to detail adds to the effect as does the fact they have historical basis. Very nice.

These dolls are just what is needed to mix-up a world of the perfect little doll in every home. My doll arrived on Saturday as a evil little surprise. It is custom made and well just to be polite I cannot reveil the story behind it but my thanks and kuddos go out to Shiva and Gareth for their creativity on this one! I opened the box and almost died laughing. I will have to tell you both about my ritual at the 666 High Mass, opening this box, it was almost scary!

These dolls are extremely well crafted and have already been the topic of many discussions within my lair. The Doll is neatly displayed on the mantle opposite of one of my LaVey Statues. I just love the hand-crafted touch to the clothing and "severed" areas. You both should be proud, you did a great job with these.

Here is a photo of my custom doll, if only it would come true!

Thank you very much for the compliments.

Magistra Nadramia and Magister Ventrue - It was a lot of fun picking out characters that we thought you'd enjoy and then bringing them to life (well, death). I'm so pleased that you like your dollies!

Well Magister, the source model for this one is hardly either a secret or surprise for me at least.

Superb craftsmanship!

These dolls are beautiful! The intensive work put into the fine details is obviously a labor of love.

Hail the Headless Dollies!

Unholy shades of Wednesday Addams! Those are fantastic!

I would love to see (and possibly own) an Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi doll.

I love the idea! I just came up with an idea I'd like to experiment with for doing beards on our male dolls and I think al-Zarqawi would make a great test subject.

Any shot that there might be non-classified records of the specific injuries he sustained?
