Are there any meetings which I can attend which are public in nature and not private like the grotto meetings?

Not in the immediate future.

We find that our website contains all the information such a lecture would convey, and much more, including lists, links and articles that would take days to completely read and explore.

When we put people in touch with our members face-to-face, we like to at least have an idea who they are, along with the committment actual membership signifies. That's why we don't invite non-members to meetings and social engagements.
