Yes butin the worldof online scams they would seem not to research WHO they are reaching out to in the first place. Even if it were genuine I think I would not reward such idiocy with even so much as a kind word.

She explained to me that if she was officially appointed a representative of a religious organisation, she would qualify for a government grant. Is that where international aid money is going?

I imagine that international aid money goes almost everywhere except where it's supposed to.
