I've lost about fifteen pounds and I feel great.
My yoga practce had slipped by the wayside over the last few weeks of 2007, and having started again over the holiday period I am very pleased with how quickly I regained some of that lost flexibility.
Sometimes it's a pain in the arse to have to get up early to fit a yoga session in - but as I creep unavoidably towards the big 40, it becomes more and more necessary for me to maintain my suppleness, and the rewards are enough for me to look at ways of being able to do this on a daily basis.
This is key when you enjoy cooking and eating as much as I do.
.....I can relate to that one - I weighed myself over New Year to discover I seem to be (ahem!)slightly heavier than I would like!
