Get back to me on that after you've spent one month writing and testing a step-by-step, painstakingly prepared operating manual for a software system only to have your customer call within the first 20 minutes after shipping to ask a question that is answered on the second half of PAGE ONE.

Well, if one thing is for certain, most folks don't consciously think while they read.

What if you're replying only to continue the line of questioning rather than post a near-identical thread that would basically be a waste of space?

It seems to me (but I don't know this for sure) that posting something as the start of a new thread would use up the same amount of board space (or a very similar amount of space) as adding the post to an existing thread, since you would be putting that frame somewhere either way?

This should be sticky.

"To be born into this world a sentient, self-conscious and reasoning being, surrounded by inexhaustible glories in Nature, which we may comprehend, possess, enjoy; to be able to rise on the wings of a lofty imagination; to be able to get glimpses of the ideally perfect; to apprehend the Divine; it is to the development and enjoyment of these high powers that the young man is invited. How dare he refuse to qualify himself by the most perfect training of all his powers." Lyman J. Gage 1910

I would love to make this sticky, but post stickiness is determined by Magister Ventrue.

That's understandable. It just seems with as often as folks make an effort to bump it, it would be sticky.

Thanks anyway.

Please post your required introduction. Then, perhaps, you're questions will be addressed.
