So I stumble upon this Satanism thing coincidentally and out of curiosity do some research, I eventually find that you people are not actually baby flesh eating perverts but more or less smart people, I read on and on spend hours after hours in this forum, listening to Satanic radio (wtf anyway) and FINALLY read the Satanic Bible

It was more fun in the teenage days when the goal was to piss off parents and teachers (I used to love to shout the Capitol of Thailand in History class). But pointless profanity for no reason or justification (especially in front of strangers) is a big mistake at best.

Magic is inside of you and all around you. Look at the computer you are using, the TV your watching, the lamp on your desk or the light on your ceiling. Go outside and look at all the cars driving around you and planes flying above you. Listen to the radio in your residence. All these things are dismissed as science and technology but 1000 years ago they would I think definately be considered magic.

Another thing, you don't have to practice or even believe in magic to be a Satanist, there is alot more in the Satanic Bible to believe in, like the philosophy. Read the Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth, the Nine Satanic Statements, and the rest of the Satanic Bible. There is plenty more stuff in there that makes alot of sense and to believe in.

Yes it is. It works the same way as used in entertainment. I know I tend to get a little bored when a movie is dropping the f-bomb for no particular reason. (some of my favorites like Scarface are guilty of this, but it works on another level; Tony Montana NEEDS to speak like a "punk" in order to have the same abrasive effect. Fuck as a funny word? It cannot be a joke within itself...if that is the only joke, it will get old, and pretty quick.)

Big hint: there's nothing anti-materialistic about the kind of magic described in the Satanic Bible, but if you missed that, we won't be missing you.

There are things that on the surface are not too obvious about magic that have a lot of ground in science. Everything described in TSB is firmly grounded in science and psychology. For some it works quite well, for others we need other avenues to achieve the same results. At the end of the day it does work. Don't discount something that you don't understand or don't agree with. No one said practicing magic was required to be a Satanist either.

If it took you three days to read less than a hundred pages, you would probably just give up on your search for "intelligent life".

Anyway, I'll give you little hint: Satanists don't believe in magic.

I did not really read for 3 days straight and the reason I have not come across magic before is that I skipped most chapters / articles because the philosophical ideas were more important to me.

The incoherent nature of this text is due to the fact that English is my third language and that I was a little intoxicated at around 6AM.

When I first learned of the "magical" concepts within Satanism (about six or so years ago), I too was skeptical, simply by my sheer misunderstanding of what it was, and what it was not.

I did not, however, post a drunken rant of insults laced (or, more accurately, splattered) with profanity.

It's one thing to misunderstand magic, it's an entirely different thing to be an asshole.

I would simply suggest rereading and testing and verifying everything you read, especially within the regards to Lesser and Greater Magic. I do mean take your time when you read it, and pay attention to what you read in those pages. Then if something puzzles you to the importance of this and that, do some research to find out why this is important, or that is important.

Pay attention to every last detail. You basically in this post completely shown you have a disbelief in Magic, rather then actually testing it to find out for yourself.

It's apparent by now, Satanism truly requires study, testing, and verifying for yourself, not for others. It should also be apparent by now how Satanism revolves around you, and not others.

Answer your own questions by actually applying that, and you might find that everything is superbly simple, it's just overly complicated by yourself.
