I make pancakes all the time! I add fresh fruit and plain mediteranean yoghurt on top (the fluffy kind), covered in real maple syrup. With a big cup of good strong coffee. Mornings in my house are special.  Yuuuuumy.

Pancakes are delicious !
They deserve a holiday!
Unless you don't like them , don't deny yourself their deliciousness on account of non- conformity. Today or anyday .
