I am currently reading the Satanic Scriptures by Magus Gilmore, and as I just looked briefly through the rituals, I noticed a reference made to the Mudra of Flame. What exactly is the Mudra of Flame? I could not seem to find the answer to it, so I thought I would try here.

Here (page 211, if the link doesn't jump you there), scroll down a bit to part 36 "Bali Offering with Mantras". There should be a little diagram that shows you "the flame mudra", and a bit of a description.
