I apologize if this has been posted here before; I attempted to search and locate it.
This is a "documentary" by two idiotic evangelists, who consider the banana the "atheist's worst nightmare". You can pretty much tell they have no idea what they're talking about from the first sentence, along with their constant invoking of Aleister Crowley.
The only worthwhile part of it is for Rev. Malebranche's interview segments, along with Magister Diabolus Rex's portions from archive footage.
Be forewarned: drunken metalheads and pseudo-satanists abound!

I remember seeing this. In all fairness, I'm glad that they didn't go for the "Satanists are really devil worshippers who sacrifice babies" and all of that usual propaganda. I didn't see the usual loaded questions or stupid hypothetical "moral dilemma" examples thrown on Rev. Malebranche either. While I guess sensationalism will always sell better, true Satanism itself IS anti-thetical enough to Xtianity, as these guys realize.
I think the lesson we can all learn from Kirk Cameron is, "If your career is in the toilet, there's always the Jesus freak route!"

Well, and I was impressed/disgusted/amused by how Comfort and Cameron got lemons, and still managed to make some lemonade (such as it was). That is, Rev. Malebranche killed a lot of their plans and their fun by not being a total raving loony, so they spliced in some footage of Mansonites and 9/11 .

This was obviously aimed at people with limited intellect who feed on fear, the fear that the devil is real and will corrupt your children/kill your loved ones/rape your pets, so much of it was lost on me.
Most of these individuals they hope will not listen to what Rev. Malebranche said at all and will instead focus on the scary pentagrams and "shocking" Marylin Manson performances.
Its a shame they did not allow more time for the Reverend to speak, but they have people to scare money out of and I suspect he talked too much sense than what they are used to.

Okay, I was really not bothered by the bullshit of a washed-up TV idol until the shot of the plane hitting the World Trade Center. The terroristic act of another 'god' based religion had nothing to do with us.
Destruction ritual anyone?
Oops, repeated other peoples points. I just got really pissed and started typing. Next time I'll read more.

Cool interview, too bad it wasn't stand alone. Listening to those two retards jabber on and on (throwing in arbitrary 9/11 melodrama) has made my brain slightly mushy.

I remember that MTV awards show when Manson went on the podium and gave that speech. He performed "The Beautiful People" right after that and there was only one goth girl in the audience standing up rocking out to it.
I wasn't a huge fan of 'Marilyn Manson' back then but I gave Manson and the girl in the audience credit for just being themselves and not caring what the "MTV" people thought of them.

I vaguely remember seeing the particular show of the "my fellow Americans" segment; if I remember right, Chris Rock or someone was hosting/was presenting him.
He didn't seem to receive a very enthusiastic reception -- Manson -- but he still put on a far better show than I've seen him recently do.
Satanist's are terrorists to them, in their eyes...and I think that's the way it should be.
Satan forbid if they ever actually understand it!

Only one person was rocking out to Beautiful People? What was everyone else doing?
Oh, and the confusing and amusing thing is that the final lecture Comfort and Cameron give in part 3 is only marginally related to everything they addressed before. It's like they were determined to give a speech on the Prodigal Son, the Laodicean Church, and unclean appetites, and would've given it even if the topic had been "How the Lord Speaks to Our Purpose through Dryer Lint" or "Our Breasts: Like the Twin Fawns Grazing by the Lillies."

The fact that these people cannot comprehend the cultivation of what was once a nearly inedible plant, over thousands of years, into what we eat today, just goes to show that they can't possibly comprehend what they're talking about when they speak of the entire process of evolution itself.
Or they're knowingly lying; somehow, I have the feeling most of the herd would be swayed by their argument. I mean, how much of the herd has ever actually seen a picture of what a wild banana looks like?
But I'm going way off topic!
I'm going to have purchase the CoS Interview Archive sometime so I can see these types of interviews without all the drivel.
Did you see the video when someone cuts the banana video apart and explains how bananas evolved through domestication? He then shows a wild banana and it is absolutely nothing like what you get in the store. It also has none of the features this crazy guy lists as proving God. No color showing when its ripe (that I can tell - its just a gross looking brown), not bent towards our mouths, no easy tab, and doesn't look very fun to peel and hold either.

Yes, I've seen it; however, I knew of such prior, due to having assisted in the planting of a banana tree for a neighbor, and looking up the fruit, learning everything I could about it.
Alas, the tree didn't turn out. That's Florida for you.

I blush to admit that once upon a time, I was a Baptist and these guys are their role models.
Believe it or not, one of their most highly respected arguments is the Coke argument.
You see, if you study a can of Coke, you know that somebody had to create that can. It didn't make itself. SO, when you see a human being, it had to have a maker because the human can't make itself just like a can of Coke.

Artichokes.
And how can people just sit and listen to Manson? I can't even sit still to Bach. I gotta groove, baby.

"Well you can't see air but you know it's there right?"
I actually use to have a come back for that. I figured out there's a way that scientists have been able to "see" oxygen. I just can't remember what my argument consisted off exactlly. It worked pretty well though cause it was in 8th grade. When the guy started to deny it I asked him if he thought the periodic table was just made up and out of no where. Turns out he didn't even know what the periodic table was or how it worked!!! Sometimes I miss High School... this is not one of those times.

That one too.
Whomever it is who is teaching these kids these idiotic comebacks ought to be ashamed, and probably ought to go bobbing for apples in an Insinkerator for the good of mankind.

Yeah, yet another tiresome rewording of the old "watchmaker" argument. I don't know why he particularly likes to use the Coke can analogy so often.
One of the funny things about these technology analogies is that if you carry them out further, they become better analogies for evolution. The Coke can of today is hardly the same way it's always been. 30 years ago, the pull tabs were the kind that you pulled straight off and threw away. Before that, they had no tab and you had to open them like a sealed can of juice. At some point they also introduced the dent around the top to make it fit better around the mouth. And of course the can was something that replaced the bottle, so the contents are much older than the first Coke can. Nevermind the change of the logos or the contents from time to time (some varieties or flavors survived, some didn't). The Coke can is a better example of gradual change, not a one-step intelligent design.

Today we are going to a rock concert and ask loaded questions to people that are obviously stupid and/or high on drugs. We will avoid places like libraries, museums, theater, and other cultural venues. We all known that Satan only shows up in mosh pits. They will have no choice but to deny that Satan influences them, but we know better because of the the greatest thing the Devil ever did, circular argument thing.
Next we will interview actual CoS hierarchy and use state of the art video splicing to make them look scary. We will make sure we get lots of skull images because death is naughty and we fear it. Ironic I know because we all want nothing more than to die and go to Heaven. Until then, people, we need to make everyone and ourselves miserable, while pretending to be happy. So sayeth this book in such and such chapter.
After a 20 minute lunch of freedom fries and Holy Water blessed by... whose turn is it this week? Oh yeah... Cameron; we will attack born again Christians and make them look stupid because they don't believe in Satan either. That will prove we are superior while still being humble and righteous (win-win).
Finally we will whore out our website and materials while making sure we says how free it is. We can't have people thinking that we are in this for a profit. We may be relatively poor compared to Ozzy, but there is always the tax exemptions and donations keeping us in the black. Get it? Black - I made a joke... because it's a dark shade and we are light... oh , never mind. You people have no since of humor.

I'm honored to accept these imaginary awards and place them on my shelf. There are just so many people to thank and here I am without a list. If I had to shoot from the hip I would thank Cameron's parents for dropping little Kirk on his head when he was just a wee babe. I would also like to thank Jevus for unknowingly masterminding the whole operation and... who else? I know I'm forgetting something very important...
Oh yeah - that greatest thing he ever did argument must be working overtime. My final thanks goes out to the archetype that is Satan for keeping their ratings up. Without ratings there would be no show and no awards.
