I have added topics to my watched list, but when I go to see if they are there it says it is empty and I have no watched topics.

The little Icon next to the posts I watch though tells me otherwise. What should I do about this, if anything?

When you click on Watched Lists, the first thing that appears is Watched Forums. But next to that are other tabs, the next tab is Watched Topics and Watched Users. Click on them, you'll probably see what you want.
