In Britain, on Virgin 1 Sky and Freeview TV, there is a new series that will be broadcast on Wednesday of next week at 10 p.m. GMT. For those who may be interested to see this program, for whatever reason, it may be downloadable.
Here is the link to the web page. I hold my bated breath as I wait to see this for myself. I have of course seen the TV ads for the program, and I have to say that the 'Exorcist' looks absolutely insane!
I shall be watching this program with my tongue in cheek, and my fear is that I may cringe with embarrasment for the rediculousness of the situation. Some people will do anything to get on TV and have their 15 minutes of Shame.

The Real Exorcist

For over 20 years, Reverend Bob Larson has performed over 6,000 exorcisms and The Real Exorcist follows Larson as he helps those in the grip of demonic possession. This amazing and controversial new series is gripping, terrifying, touching and humorous as The Real Exorcist provides a front row seat in the real battle between good and evil.

I wish I could get into that, but I for one, probably like you, don't believe in possession by the Devil.

I'd probably feel rather queer to look at clinicly insane people and people believing in madness perfoming rituals.

Such stupidity. Who has time to watch such craziness? Not me.

Yes, absolutely crazy. I think from an educational prospective, it may be worth watching to try and understand the psyche of such hideous people. On the other hand it could be watched for good old fashioned gratuitous entertainment value.

In reality there are only two types of people that will be featured on the show; the insane and those sane enough to seek a "get out of jail free" card (the old sanity clause) with the added benefit of an appearance fee no doubt!

"Sheep to the right, Goats to the left"

"Where do people in Hell tell each other to go?"

"If we are all gods children, why is Christ so special?"

Cant, stop... laughing! \:D

I read about this kook in a magazine, I thought he was a relic of a bygone era but not surprised he gets rubes coming to him.
