I was wondering about the membership process. I understand that the fee will be increased to 200 dollars. I turn 18 on june 19th and the raise will be on june 20th. I was wondering if I could send in the application before I turn 18 because I know it might take a while for the COS to return my reply. If I turn it in on june 19th and they recieve it after june 20th, if I would still get the 100 dollar membership?
