This question is about my Undercroft account.
I sent you a message but I have not received no answer, my only guess is that your either really busy or my message did not go through.
I'm aware that payment is taking out automatically within the first week of each month. I'm having a small problem at my end at the moment, but will be fixed right around the 11th or 12th.
When my VIP is shut off from my account, will I be able to have my information/points restored when I re-upgrade it again on this date? I ask this because I'm concerned on losing points and certain posts/topics that I have created and gained.
