A few upgrades have been made to the Undercroft in the way it handles login sessions. These upgrades make the system more secure but have also caused a few people to not be able to login. If you are having problems logging in to the Undercroft please follow the instructions for your web browser type below.

If you are using Firefox
-----------------------------------------
If you are using Firefox you need to click on "Tools" -> "Options"
There you choose the register "Privacy" and click on "View Cookies".
It will list some websites, scroll down to "satannet.com" and delete all cookies.

If you are using Internet Explorer
-----------------------------------------
Go to "Tools" and then to "Internet Options"
Select "Delete" under "Browsing History" on the "General" Tab.
Uncheck everything EXCEPT "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" and then click Delete.

If you are running a browser other than the two listed above, let me know and I will tell you how to delete your cookies in it.

If you still cannot login after following these instructions please send me an email and I will work with you to fix the issue.

Thank you,

Magister Ventrue

I just want to add that in Firefox it will only delete the cookies from satannet.com and not effect any other website

In Internet Explorer you will delete all cookies. So be aware that your cookies (and for example stored login information) from other websites will be gone too.

People using a different browser may find this website helpful:

http://www.aboutcookies.org/default.aspx?page=2

It also gives some background information on what cookies are and how you can control them.
