No, but really the national parks systems that work quite well in North America and Europe seem to fail hard from what I've seen when applied to Africa. People there are just so much more affected by the nature in the parks; elephants eat crops, lions eat people, people need to hunt to survive when crops fail. (or some people just depend on hunting anyway as their way of life.) Of course, people should sure as hell stop taking up ALL THE DAMN LAND, but then the corrupt governments in Africa don't much help human wealth or natural diversity and ecology...
It's a difficult situation over there.
