A few days ago I tried to upload a new avatar photo. I tried a few times but as far as I could see, the existing avatar photo still remains. A number of people have just pointed out that this isn't the case and my new green-faced picture is visible. I logged out and checked on of my posts. There was no avatar picture to be seen. Anyone got any ideas?

After you have uploaded have you gone to your "my home" (or one of your posts) and held down ctrl whilst you click refresh?

That usually does it for me.

I would try clearing all cookies, then re-logging in. That typically fixes this problem.

This trick worked for me.

Thanks, UV. I'll definitely remember this one!

2003: I attend a goth/metal fetish gig in San Francisco with my sister and other metalheads from the Bay area. Not a Satanist AT THAT TIME.

Jan 2004: I buy a copy of the SB.

June 2004: Who said anything about being a member of 'that other group'? Check out the flyer. It was OPEN INVITATION to Goths, fetish fans and metalheads! I doubt if 80% of the people there had heard of 'our host'!

Thanks for that. I can now see my wonderful application of lesser magic (for frogs). Damn, I'm photogenic!

This is not the time or the place, Powerslave.

By the way, you look fantastic, Mr_Celeriac!

Just to elaborate on that a bit, if someone wants to keep some of their cookies, the ones to delete would indeed be from "satannet.com" ONLY, or at least I would assume.

edit - Okay, I just became aware of the button for removing cookies on the "My Home" page. So this must be the correct way of going about it.

Actually, Kurgan is very astute. My skin supports photosynthesis. When I was a lad I fell into heavy undergrowth and was molested by the plants therein. These days I gain 52% of all my daily energy needs from UV radiation and by that I don't mean eating Mullah UVRAY. If I tried to eat him, he'd headbutt me.

And now every time you see a Venus flytrap you break out into fits of panic and hysteria.
