Ever since Undercroft started that mobile thingy everytime I sign in from my PC using Firefox I get a blank screen with the message "Not Supported In Mobile"


When I click "go back" it then takes me to the Undercroft home page.

Which version of firefox are you using and on what OS (windows XP?)

Go to About Firefox to get the version number.

There should be a link at the bottom of the text that says "Standard".

For a first fix attempt I would click that then reset your bookmark.

Also perhaps give your cookies a clearout.

I have had this error when clicking 'like' on something. I get the error message, but the item has still been marked 'like' by me. Changing from standard to mobile doesn't fix the problem.

I get this error when I am on a regular desktop computer as well.

Yes, I am on "standard site" and I have cleared out cookies.

It's Firefox 3.6 and Windows XP. There are similar problems when using Internet Explorer.

I am using Opera and it all seems fine.

So what Browser and OS are you on? and is it everytime you click Like?

I'm not getting anything on my mobile. It's a blank page for the Undercroft. I'm using Safari on my iPhone.

The Mobile version of the Undercroft has a bug that I am currently fixing ... this is why you see a blank page, it will be fixed shortly!
