So this is the first weekend of the fall season. How do your mark the turning of the season?

Do you bother with Greater Magic or not?

Hell Yes!

Lately there has been a need for ritual, and given the Equinox, I was not going to pass it up.

I ritualize when I am able to in celebration of the equinoxes and solstices, namely the winter solstice in celebration of the wintry reign of Marzanna. Its a symboloc period in which death is embraced as a time for reflection and to build anew.

Happy festivities! coopdevil

Hell with my work, days blend together, so I forgot it even passed until late yesterday. And with the weather still being in the upper 80's snd 90's, who would know its even that time of year, lol. But seriously I've never been able to get into celebrating the equinoxes or solstices on or even near their arrivals, as the changes in the weather never seem to coincide.

I do however try attending the annual Fair and the Halloween festivities in October.

I don't personally do anything for the equinoxes and solstices, though I do love Autumn/Fall. Easily my favorite season; I love the temperature, the leaf-color changes, the whole feel of it. And Halloween and my Birthday, my 2 favorite holidays, are in it.

The first day of winter and summer have more meaning for me personally. Shortest and longest day of the year respectively. I love Halloween because of the abstract appearances and how people bring out the inner child in them.
I don't believe in magic like many other things.
