As I can see few of the members in this internet community has been introducting themselves so I took I could also tell something about myself so people here now better whom they are dealing with if interested to discuss with me.

I am 35 years old woman and call myself as Satanist. I was fourteen years old when I first found LaVeys: the Satanic Bible. Since that I have been studying many religions and philosophies in many directions.

To me Satanism is most of all rational philosophy which I can adopt as my guideline in life, but I live as satanist not practice it!

I am here for having some good discussions with other Satanists so feel free to talk me when ever you like.

I am here with my own name and with my own face for certain reason. I am proud of who I am and I stand behind all my words and toughts, thats why I dont feel shame to say I am satanist and truly proud of it and myself !

Nice thought. My reason to use my photo and name are quite the same. But it seems it's not that easy living in US and it'd better to keep private not to ruin your achievements in real life. I've enjoyed your introduction in some way. And after a second after I've seen your surname, I thought - Finnish. I am about 1/3 Finnish myself, so pleased to see you))

Spot On! I think the main point is of identification. Satanism is the only philosophy I have ever actually clicked with (I'm decended from puritan protestants and grew up in a socialist household.) I researched just about everything and to accomodate those philosophies I would have had to make so many compromises. I really didn't want to get involved with The Church of Satan but when I'd read about it I realised it was for me and despite having occasional doubts I always end up back at this spot.
