I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place, so please move if it should be somewhere else.

I was browsing for xmas present ideas in a homepage where you can design your own t-shirts, cups, etc.
When I entered "pentagram" in the search field it gave me a variety of options, a couple of which where identical copies of the CoS Baphomet.

I don't know what the CoS's policy/copyright rules are here.

Should I pass the homepage link to someone in charge?

Yes, I recommend sending the URL to the COS administration. They can take action from there.

The Sigil of Baphomet is indeed legally trademarked by the Church of Satan. You can even look it up on the US Patent and Trademark Office's website. As such, people legally can't use it without permission.
